Terms and conditions about our emergency call outs.

  • What times are classed as out of hours?

    Out of hours call outs would be classed on any call out during the hours of 4.30pm - 7.30am Monday - Friday or any time on Saturday and Sunday.

  • What areas do you cover

    For out of hours call outs we cover the following areas


    Cardiff

    Penarth

    Dinas Powys

    Sully

  • What is the cost of an out of hours call out?

    Our charges for an out of hours call out are


    £150.00 + vat - This covers the call out and the first half hour


    £50.00 + vat - Per half hour after the first half hour

  • Are materials included?

    Materials are not included, any materials used will be on top of the call out charge.
